Before beginning at American Ventures, Lucy Litteaur has held roles in Venture Capital, multi-family, and student housing.Her vast background makes her an ideal fit for a career in real estate investment.

Being an Austin native, Lucy has stayed local and benefitted from the rapid city growth. Starting out as a leasing agent at a mid-rise apartment in the downtown area, she quickly moved up to Assistant Property Manager to over 300 units. From there she moved to managing a brand-newstudent housing property in West Campus.At both properties she led property wide initiatives, managed accounts payables and receivables as well as Tenant Relations. Most recently, Lucy handled many administrative and day-to-day tasks at a small, family-owned venture capital office.
